If you cancel your booking, you must contact us at latest of 10 Days before your expected arrival date. If you do not contact us about a change in time or to cancel your booking, no refund will be given on your paid deposit. We have to cover the driver costs in the event you do not turn up at the agreed date & time. This does not affect your consumer rights.
