Galway Taxis was formed to provide the people and businesses of Galway and visitors to Galway with a first class service.
Our policy is to provide that service without fear or favour and we strive to make sure that all customers receive the same quality service.

All comments are welcome, be they positive comments about good deeds by our drivers or complaints about drivers or the service in general. We thrive on the feedback we receive and pledge to improve the service based on these comments.

We have included, as part of this policy, an easier way for you to make these comments and we encourage you to use them. All information will be treated with respect and in the strictest confidence.

 

Bridie O'Flaherty, Mayor of Galway, is pictured sitting in one of the first taxis affiliated to Galway Taxis. The Mayor officially cut the ribbon to the office at Mainguard Street.


Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, building on a superb reputation as Galway's premier taxi company.
