As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, we have implemented the latest technologies to enhance the service our customers have enjoyed since day one.
The incorporation of a fully automated booking and dispatch system was inevitable to continue providing a quality service to Galway.

Constantly looking for the best solution to better service our clients, Galway Taxis selected the EVOCAB booking and dispatch system, supplied by Auriga Communications with full digital satellite tracking capabilities and a integrated full colour touch screen computer system fitted in every car.

Every car is tracked digitally by computerised satellite and these signals are transmitted to the headquarters at Dominick Street. When a customer phones for a taxi, the computer dispatches the nearest available car, even before the customer has left the phone down.

This system places Galway Taxis at the leading edge of booking and dispatch technology in Galway, Ireland and Europe.

It creates a completely silent environment in the taxi, to enable our customers to enjoy the taxi ride without noisy interruption from radio noise. As well as this, because the system sends a written instruction to the driver with pick up details, it avoids errors and delays.
